1. How do parent session limits work in Monster Truck Garage and PocketPals?

Parents can enable an optional 20, 30, or 40-minute session timer in Grown-Up Settings. If a race or care activity is already underway when time expires, the app lets that one activity finish and saves your child's rewards before opening the rest screen. Extending time or starting a new session requires adult approval via your device PIN, pattern, or grown-up passphrase.

2. How do I back up my child's drawings in DoodleStep?

Open the Gallery in DoodleStep and tap Backup / Recovery to export a private JSON backup file to your device. You can preview backups safely without overwriting existing artwork.

3. How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign into the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase, open the app's Grown-Up / Settings menu, and tap Restore Purchases.

4. Do your apps work offline on airplanes and road trips?

Yes. All core activities, 3D vehicles, drawing lessons, pet care, and bundled guided audio work offline without an internet connection.
